1. What a session does

A session runs Claude Code on your computer, signed in as you. It uses your Claude account, your Linear account when you connect one, and the files, tools and sign-ins on that computer, such as git, the GitHub CLI and anything else installed there.

A session can read, change and delete files, run commands, push code, and post to any service those sign-ins reach. You choose what it can reach: the folders, repositories, tools and accounts on the computer it runs on, and the instructions, agents and workflows you give it.

2. AI output can be wrong

Output produced by AI, including code, documents, comments, tickets and the actions a session takes, may be wrong, incomplete, insecure, out of date or harmful, even when it looks confident and correct.

We do not check it, and we make no promise that it is correct, complete, secure, original or fit for any purpose.

3. Your review and responsibility

Review what a session produces before you rely on it, merge it, run it in production or share it. You are responsible for what your sessions do on your computer and accounts, for the instructions you give them, and for what you do with their output, including making sure it meets the law, your obligations to others and the terms of the services involved.

4. Your accounts and their terms

Sessions act under your own accounts. Anthropic's terms and its usage policy, Linear's terms, and the terms of every service a session reaches apply to that use, and you are responsible for following them. We are not responsible for those services or for what they do with your data.

5. Not professional advice

Nothing a session or Fluent produces is legal, financial, medical, security or other professional advice. Ask a qualified professional before acting on such questions.

6. Part of the Terms

This disclaimer is part of the Terms of use. The Terms' disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability apply to sessions and their output. This disclaimer changes with the Terms and carries the same effective date.
